Terms of Use (EULA)

AeroCogni provides interactive practice games related to cognition and hand-eye coordination, plus training history, analysis, and membership features. The Service is for personal practice and entertainment only.

The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any airline, flight school, or testing organization. Content is not an official exam or complete simulation, and results do not indicate recruitment, exam, or career suitability outcomes.

You may create or sign in with Google, Apple, or email and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or compromise security.

Some premium features require a membership subscription. In-app subscriptions and trials are billed and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (where applicable).

If you subscribe through the App Store: payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free trials (if offered) are available to eligible new subscribers. After a trial, charges begin according to store rules unless you cancel. Restore Purchases can re-enable previously purchased entitlements on the same store account.

Website payments (for example ECPay or PayPal) are separate from App Store subscriptions and follow those checkout terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Software, game content, trademarks, UI, and related materials are owned by AeroCogni or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit them without written permission.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, to disrupt operations, to circumvent payment, to abuse APIs, or to infringe others’ rights.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You assume risk for decisions based on training results. See also our Disclaimer page.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service means you also acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page for material changes.
